• Construction dust removed from accessible surfaces

• Baseboards, doors, frames and trim wiped

• Light fixtures, switches and outlets cleaned

• Shelves, cabinets and closets wiped

Kitchen & Bathrooms

• Countertops and backsplashes cleaned

• Sinks, faucets and fixtures cleaned

• Cabinet interiors and exteriors wiped

• Toilets, showers and bathtubs cleaned

• Mirrors polished

Floors & Finishing Touches

• Floors thoroughly vacuumed and mopped

• Interior windows, glass and window sills cleaned

• Stickers and light construction residue removed where possible

Heavy construction debris, hazardous materials, paint removal and specialized restoration are not included in standard post-construction cleaning and may require a separate assessment.
